Dear, Friends,
I feel like I need a bit of downtime tomorrow! Hanging out with seniors was supposed to be relaxing, but I have been SO busy!! I have my pyjamas on early and hope that Belinda gets the hint. 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️🐾
Image may contain: outdoorI'm glad Belinda took lots of photos. We started the day looking out of the bedroom window for Joanne, Belinda's Wednesday walking friend. When she arrived, we walked around the village and then Joanne left for her Keep Fit class at the Rec. Centre. I thought, "Really? More fitness?" 🐕

Image may contain: people sitting, living room, table and indoorBelinda went to visit Mr. Paul's mum but she couldn't take me because a great beast with big ears and sharp teeth that looks like a wolf lives with her. Her name is Briar. I stayed safe at home with Paul. When Belinda came home we had a visitor named Clarence. To everyone's surprise, I greeted him like a long lost friend, but I was just glad it wasn't Briar! Hehehe!
Belinda and I weeded the rhubarb patch until it started to rain. Later on, I helped Mr. Paul and Tori put manure around all the rhubarb plants. Are you getting tired yet? Me too! I still had two more jobs: helping Belinda with the recycling and supervising her as she made a Victoria sponge for small group supper. That's me done for the day!
I hope my mom Beth and dad Peter are having a good time. They went to a place called "Out West" to visit the newest member of our pack!

Chase, here, Lovely Buddies, Well, actually, I had to whisper this post into Belinda's ear, and she is at the screen right now, typing this for me. You'll understand why in a minute. Today started out like any other day at the Bond Head Luxury Pet Hotel. Belinda and I went for a walk in the back yard before she had to leave for church. Belinda spotted a fox, but I didn't see him this time. Instead, she mentioned the word, "Treat," and we both headed inside at a fast trot, leaving the bunnies of Bond Head to wily Mr. Fox. After she came back from church, she called my bluff with the halter and leash again, and as I lay on the rug, she gave a soft tug, opened the door, and I was up and out in a jiffy! A Very Busy Day

Hello, My Dear Friends! Chase here again! Today I was officially deputized by Belinda. Here I am standing at the ready to be of assistance the moment anything drops to the floor. Belinda was making some carrot quiches, Bavarian Apple Torte, Chicken Pot-Pies, Macaroni Cheese, and Meatloaf. Can you guess what my favourite things to drop to the floor were? Yes! You guessed right--chicken and cheese! That's probably because they make good alliteration with my name--Chase the Cheese and Chicken fan! When you're working as hard as I worked beside Belinda today, you have to have a break or two. Here I am having a really good, all-out break! Belinda thought it looked so comfy, but she wouldn't come down and try it!  Instead of going for walkies around the village, Belinda took me around the back yard several times, and then she kneeled down and weeded one of the flower beds, while I kept her company.   I see that Belinda caught me red-pawed with her monkey toys. Well, my friends, I am already in bed with pyjamas on. It's been another adventurous day !! Belinda went out this morning, so I stayed home with Mr. Paul, until he went out for breakfast with his good friend, Dave. After breakfast Dave came back for more visiting. I get the feeling a lot of visiting happens at the Bond Head Luxury Pet Hotel. I enjoy helping with hosting! Belinda and I walked to the post office again. She laughed at how fast my four little legs can carry me, compared to her two long ones! Later more visitors came for dinner and to read a book together! I was getting a little bit tired of so much hospitality by then. Tomorrow, though, Magic and Spero's mom is coming to visit and sleep over. I can't wait to meet her. Goodnight, good buddies, yawn!
