Dear, Pals,
This was a day of rest and I needed one after all the shenanigans of yesterday! No fox dared to show his face on Burston--Chase territory today, but when Belinda and I walked across the lawn, I found little clumps of bunny fur scattered all over the grass. Bad fox!!
Oh, Belinda took a photo of my very cute tail. Shhhhh, don't tell anyone, that's where my invisible cape is stored!

Belinda was away in the morning, but
Brenda kept me company and looked after me for part of the time she was away. I survived, brave doggie that I am. When she came home we went out for a walk around t
he village again. I can't help giving her a dirty look when she approaches with the harness and leash. She tries not to take it personally. I could smell rain in the air as we left for our walk, but it stayed away until we were almost home. The big, heavy drops of rain shot down on us like a water hose from the sky. We ran the rest of the way home but our hair was so wet that I had to do my full body shake several times which made Belinda laugh and wish she knew how to that! She rubbed me with a towel or tried to, but I rolled around on the rug to dry myself off, burying my nose and squirming around. I am posting photos of us both with wet hair. You can tell how unimpressed I am, by my sideways glance.

Mr. Paul, gave in and gave me some love tonight, I mean, who could resist me?
That's today's news. Mmwa! That was a Chase kiss xxx 🐾❤
